Robert M. Van Patten served as President of IMC AgriBusiness, Inc., an $800 million in annual sales retail fertilizer distribution business and a wholly owned subsidiary of IMC Global, a New York Stock Exchange listed company.  Mr. Van Patten also served as Senior Vice President of IMC Global from October 1996 until the business unit was sold in April 1999.  Previously Mr. Van Patten served as President of Vigoro Industries, Inc. from May 1, 1991 until the company was acquired by IMC Global in October 1996.  Prior assignments included several key executive positions with Vigoro Industries, Inc. and its predecessor companies since May 1977.

Mr. Van Patten is a graduate of DePaul University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.  During Mr. Van Patten's career he was responsible for and accomplished the following:
  • One of two key executives to head up the leverage buyout of his business unit to a financial sponsor.
  • Led transition teams for all acquisitions to integrate the new business with the existing business.
  • Instrumental in key acquisition of manufacturing operations, distribution businesses and retail expansion of his business unit.
  • Refinanced a highly leveraged business with a public bond offering.
  • Participated in taking a private company public in early 1991.
  • Managed a significant business unit for a publicly traded company.
  • Successfully spun off the business unit to another industry buyer in early 1999.
  • Started SynFuel Technologies, Inc. in 1999 for purposes of developing, building and operating cogen facilities to meet the energy needs of various industrial customers.
  • Acquired Valley Camp Terminal, Inc. from Penzoil-Quaker State in May 2002 and operates the facility as a boat, rail and truck transload facility for a variety of commodity products.
  • Awarded a five-year contract with Bowater Forest Products, Inc. newly opened sawmill in Thunder Bay, Ontario in July 2003 to provide all mill yard services.
Dale Levesque is resident manager of North American Mill Yard Services, Inc. located in Thunder Bay, Ontario.  Dale has many years of operating experience on a variety of log, sawmill and pulp mill equipment, having worked in several industries in both Marathon and Thunder Bay, Ontario.  He manages the preventative maintenance program for all equipment, supervises lead hands on all shifts and administers the Company's Health and Safety Policy.
