Marathon Pulp, Inc. is a joint venture company between Tembec and Kruger, Inc. located in Marathon, Ontario. The mill processes approximately 200,000 air dry metric tons of northern bleached softwood kraft pulp a year on a 24/7, 363 days a year schedule. Presently, softwood fibre is supplied to the Mill in the form of chips, delivered by truck and rail. The employees are currently represented by the United Steel Workers Union, Local 7-0548. North American Mill Yard Services - Marathon provides the following services to Marathon Pulp, Inc.: Chip pile management Facilitation of rail car unloading by providing timely services to clear the rail track and push unloaded chips Wood yard clean-up Road and parking lot maintenance, including snow removal Hauling of pebble limestone Removal of garbage and hauling to town landfill Removal of grits and sludge to Mill landfill site; maintenance of landfill site Maintenance of all mobile equipment and provision of redundancy equipment to ensure no interruption to the Mill Maintenance and service on forklifts for Marathon Pulp, Inc. Operation of store's truck to make deliveries from the store's warehouse Adherence to all Mill policies as they relate to occupation, health and safety, environmental procedures and policies, and Mill quality standards and policies	Marathon Pulp, Inc.
