Services, Inc. is a private corporation formed in 2003 and registered
in Ontario in 2005 for the purpose of managing the outside yard
services for pulp mills and sawmills in Northwest Ontario. The company is managed by individuals with many years of experience in the warehouse, terminal, and transportation industries with knowledge of processes and equipment related to the pulp and sawmill industry. Collectively, these individuals have worked with mill operations as partners in helping to reduce costs and improve efficiency. The Company's principal has experience in commercial and investment banking, consulting, corporate finance and executive management, accounting, manufacturing, and distribution. The guiding principal of North American Mill Yard Services, Inc. is a commitment to build a company that can integrate with major companies to provide low-cost outside mill yard services. The Company strives to achieve a cost-effective solution to the operation and maintenance of the equipment necessary to provide these outside services so that the respective mill managers can focus on the efficiencies of the inside processes. |
